Having worked within the recruitment industry for a combined total of 21 years, the 3 partners of Strategy Recruitment Solutions have identified a significant need for a quality driven, pro-active recruitment to recruitment service. Strategy Recruitment Solutions was formed to address this need with an aim to firmly establish ourselves as a leading supplier of Recruitment to Recruitment services in the UK. 

Delivery

We employ a strategy of pro-active research, networking and headhunting to generate the highest calibre and most suitable candidates for our client’s specific needs. We operate a quality-driven, standardised practice at every stage of our recruitment process to ensure we are able to offer a consistent level of delivery to our clients.

The candidates we are able to obtain through our search driven process will not be in the general candidate pool. These candidates, as not actively looking, are often happy in role and performing well therefore offering better value to our clients. In addition, our direct process means that we are able to source candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies where others cannot.

As part of our promise to deliver a quality service, we believe it necessary to accurately assess all candidates and clients’ strengths and weaknesses face to face.
